The rooms were tidy and stylish, with smoke detectors for safety. The breakfast was varied and great for all tastes, with appetising food. The venue was in a very central location, near public areas, tulip fields, Keukenhof, Noordwijk beach, and other tourist spots in the centrum of Amsterdam.

The triple room was fairly large with a table and side chairs. The heating was working good. It was quite at night and the landscaping was pleasing.

There was a dirty sock left over from previous guests. I did not like that when I found it.

The hotel has extremely helpful and responsive staff at the reception desk. the breakfast is rich and the food is good. the hotel is in a practical location right next to a trolley for luggage and baby stuff, making it easy to get to Amsterdam without a car.

The hotel was a comfortable distance from Keukenhof and easier to stay at after a day in the gardens rather than drive back to Amsterdam. There is an old building and a new building and so our room was in the old building which felt like a different hotel from the reception and dining room. Free parking which is excellent since parking in Amsterdam was $41 usd per day. Dining was very very good and prices from 13 - 25 euro. Breakfast buffet for 12.50 euro was very good with hot and cold food. The chef even lent us a wine opener for our room! Casino is next door.

Room was in old building and not very clean. Cob webs around the windows and old furniture. No internet in room and very very slow connection from lobby. Older rooms need renovation.

The location here is great with easy access to the motorway, the restaurant offers delicious fresh dishes for dinner, and the service provided is excellent.

Parking in front of the room, great lounge bar, nice decor of the room and big bathroom, nice entrance, coffee facilities in the room.

Kindness of reception staff could be improved. Not good quality of the towels in the bathroom.

I Liked the size and comfort of the rooms and the bathrooms were excellenty fitted out. Dinner in the restaurant was very good even if the portions were a little too large for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed how the comfort queen room was arranged when we arrived. Very central location right next to the Netherlands. - Key sightseeing locations of the region such as Nordwijk beach and Keukenhof park nearby. - There was a traditional restaurant close by.

The modern room was well-equipped and soundproof, making for a comfortable stay.

The venue has new-fashioned rooms and really good staff at the reception desk. Plus, the location is particularly good, minutes from Jack's Casino Sassenheim. 19 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to Amsterdam centre per day.

As we remember, there was no balcony.

A hotel of two halves, the original blocks have direct access to the car park and are handier to the restraurant, and are of a motel style and are imminently to be refurbished.The newer block is more swish, though the balconies are not private they do have aircon and a more modern feel. It is very near the A44 so good for getting about, Sassenhiem is a small town with a good choice of shops and some eating places though not lots, and the hotel is not too far from the excellent dutch beeches.
